“Toshiba 43LF711U20 Closed Caption does not display. Tried to turn on using Home/Accessibility CC ON. Still does not display CC. What do I need to do?”

The CC will only show if they are available. If they are not showing it's because the signal doesn't have CC. While watching Live TV from an antenna press the Menu button and select Captions and Audio. For personalized assistance, please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.
