“i have a Toshiba model # 43LF621U19 Rev A & if i turn on the tv the blue light is off when the tv is on yet the controller won't let me move around. then when i turn it off the blue light comes on when the screen is off. now the light is blinking slowly”

• The blue light should be on when not in use, that's normal, keep trying to sinc your tv and controllers.
