• No, this TV does not support PAL and only uses 120VAC.

• The Fire TV Edition television supports NTSC and it is compatible with 110 V. The Fire TV Edition television is only available in the United States of America. It is not supported, nor shipped outside of the U.S.A. David M. - Toshiba Support
