QuestionStarting last year, every few weeks, this TV can forget some of the cable TV channels. Rescanning cable TV will not detect those lost channels. I have to reboot or power cycle the TV to make it remembers those cable TV channels for a few weeks.

QuestionI've noticed it freezes at times when a button gets clicked more than once or even with the first click, it won't unfreeze unless tv is unplugged and then replugged. Why is this? I'm sure this is not normal. I've only had the tv going for 4 days.

- Answer These Toshiba Fire TVs have a ton of apps on them, including all the popular streaming apps like Netflix, Disney +, and of course Amazon. It has Hulu, Sling, Pluto TV, and all of the cable TV networks and major four networks local channel apps. I have four of these Toshiba TVs (all in different sizes) and we have over 50 apps on each TV so their is no lack of content choice.

- Answer Sorry, I can't answer this question as I had difficulty getting the alexa to connect. My understanding though is that the TV is an Alexa Device itself so I do not believe you can use it as if it were an Alexa to control other devices.

- Answer so then the answer would be no, the TV doesn't have controls on it. you must have a remote or an app to turn TV on/off, and to move channels and volume up/down . . .that is what i get from that answer above.
