“I've noticed it freezes at times when a button gets clicked more than once or even with the first click, it won't unfreeze unless tv is unplugged and then replugged. Why is this? I'm sure this is not normal. I've only had the tv going for 4 days.”

• I've had mine for over one month and have had no similar problems, so it must be your specific TV and/or remote control rather than the brand or model.
