“Bought TV through Amazon special early November. Can now only use on/off and volume buttons on remote. Home, Prime, Netflix, Hulu and other buttons no longer work. Tried using new batteries, but no help. Can I get new remote or do I have to return TV?”

Try this: Press and hold the DPAD Left, Back and Menu buttons on the remote for at least 15 seconds. Then Restart the TV and press the Home button on the remote for about 2 minutes to pair the remote to the TV. For product support, please call 1-855-527-2411 available everyday from 8am - 9pm CT.

Unplugged TV. When I started it again, it reset itself and remote worked. Problem solved. Picture has gotten better the more I have used it Great price through Amazon Prime Customer special at $209.99. Would have lost money if I had to return and replace it.
