- Answer Good catch, thanks for point this out. The model 43LF621U21 supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision. We'll update the spec accordingly.

QuestionI'm unfamiliar with the Fire platform. I currently have 2 televisions (older models) to which Roku devices are connected. Can I use my Roku with this TV? May seem silly but wanted to be sure. Thanks!

- Answer The TV has HDMI inputs and USB so you could attach ROKU, but why, the fire platform offers the same apps such as Prime, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Disney + etc without Roku. You will just need to log into whatever service you are already subscribed to and enable them on the Toshiba.

- Answer If you don't want to use the Voice Commands, just use the rest of the buttons to control your TV. If you deregister your Amazon Account on the TV, you won't be able to activate Alexa using the Mic button.

- Answer Try this: Press and hold the DPAD Left, Back and Menu buttons on the remote for at least 15 seconds. Then Restart the TV and press the Home button on the remote for about 2 minutes to pair the remote to the TV. For product support, please call 1-855-527-2411 available everyday from 8am - 9pm CT.

QuestionWhy does my Toshiba Fire Tv not pick up all of my cable channels and the ones it does pick up are not in numerical order? A cable box is not used and the cable company verified that the TV should pick up all channels clearly when they checked today.

- Answer For best video quality connect a Cable Box using an HDMI cable. The channels are listed alphabetically not in numerical order; this cannot be changed.

- Answer Make sure your internet speed is over 25 Mbps and that you have access to 4K enabled content. While watching a video, long press the Home button and select Info, this displays the resolution of the video that is playing.

- Answer They are included in the package, however, if you want to wall mount it, you need 4) M6 metric screws about 1 inch long, i got them at Lowes for $2 a packet of 6.
