“Why does my Toshiba Fire Tv not pick up all of my cable channels and the ones it does pick up are not in numerical order? A cable box is not used and the cable company verified that the TV should pick up all channels clearly when they checked today.”

• For best video quality connect a Cable Box using an HDMI cable. The channels are listed alphabetically not in numerical order; this cannot be changed.
