“Just set this TV up and the 'smart TV' apps are NOT 4K. I can't find any way to enable 4K. This is astonishing. Seriously? Please let me know how to watch my 4K Netflix content on this TV.”

Make sure your internet speed is over 25 Mbps and that you have access to 4K enabled content. While watching a video, long press the Home button and select Info, this displays the resolution of the video that is playing.
