“I am asking this question again someone answered my 1st with a comment 'happened to me" which is of no use. Want a real answer After about 5-6 hours of use Audio goes out, unplug and plug to restore - why. Have same model FY19 and no issues for 2 years”

I had the same problem and tried everything. I returned the TV to Best Buy and they plugged it in to make sure it was working properly, then respectfully refunded my purchase price.
