If it happens again, this may be a problem with the hardware. It may be dead/faulty pixels pixels, screen separation, or a damaged screen or panel. You can do a factory reset on it to rule out any software issues. If it happens again, I would recommend reaching out to Toshiba's customer support for help under your manufacturer's warranty.
