Dude i hade the same problem and i also bought it from bestbuy at the Black Friday doorbuster. 2 years ago and now i have a black screen but audio still working. I believe that fucken toshiba and also bestbuy should do a recall on their tv because When they had them on sale that day they knew that there is something wrong. Anyway ima not buying anything toshiba anymore.
