Yes, 6 mSeconds would be ideal condition, meaning you have a good cable and monitor is not to far. I would expect response latency to be higher. Depends on the type of games or videos you plan to watch. If they change really rapidly from you might se a lag. If takes time for a signal to travel to the cable, get decoded, and get executed. What this might mean the processor chip on the TV might not be running at high frequency compare to other TVs.
