“any advice on how to adjust settings? When there are dark scenes, or dark clothing, it’s heavily pixilated. Is this normal? Using firestick, but Roku was the same. Thank you”

• I haven't found a way. This is a lower end TV so I'm ok with that. I did turn down the back light and mess with some other settings to minimize the effect though.

• Try turning down the Bright setting. It won't eliminate the pixelation, but it will be less distracting.
