“I've been enjoying this new TV for about 3 weeks now. About 2 or 3 times a week, it stops streaming, and the only way to wake it up is to unplug and re-plug. Is this normal? Is there an easier way to reset it, especially since I have to get behind the TV?”

• It sounds like something is defective with the TV. I would recommend talking to Best Buy and or possibly bringing it back as it should be under warranty
