“After installing my new TV I only have channel 2. I don't know how to get the other antenna channels. I think I need to do a scan but I have tried a number of things and so far nothing works. Still only channel 2. Suggestions?”

To do a Channel Scan on the Fire TV Edition television go: Home > Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan. For product support please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday. David M. - Toshiba Support
