“I just set up my new Fire TV & things went smoothly. However, I cannot get the Echo Dot that came with it to sync up. I went to the Alexa app on my iPhone, Settings, TV & Video, hit the + button on Fire TV but Alexa doesn't pair. What have I done wrong?”

• Your tv is not an hdr tv as advertised by best buy....they are aware of this but continue to false advertise, lie to, and sell this tv to customers.
