“Does this tv upscale everything to 4k”

• You need a HDMI that's 28 gbs or higher

• Three 4k and there's Dolby vision. U got the better deal ply 4k is 4k but it upscals to about 2k really called uhd

• This TV does not upscale everything to 4K. While watching a video, long press the Home button to launch the Quick Access menu, select Info to see the resolution of the video that is playing. David M. - Toshiba Support
