“Sling TV and CBS All Access only work with 720P? I downloaded Sling TV and CBS All Access, they both only display 720p. There are no TV OR Application settings for the resolution. I contacted both the Application and Toshiba tech support and got no fix.”

The answer in no way address the question. Yes one can do what you stated and that is how I know the 2 apps are only displaying 720p. Why do the 2 apps only display at 720p? On my older TVs with a fire stick they all display at 1080p.

The TV does not change the resolution of the video to 2160p. While watching a video, long press the Home button to launch the Quick Access menu, select Info to see the resolution of the video that is playing. David M. - Toshiba Support
