• No, you can't. Fortunately it's an one time task. Ask someone with smartphone to help you do the initial setup.

• If you never went through the Day 1 set up, do it now. It will upgrade the firmware etc. When all completed, it will turn on with the input when you turned it off last time.

• In settings default display type u can select tv or hdmi input
