• No it won’t. I have multiple fire TV’s and fire sticks throughout the house, and while my daughter has even made the mistake of forgetting her remote in one of the other rooms, the remotes do not control the other devices. I believe each has its own “IR” signature and only works with its own device. Hope that helps

• The other remotes (of firesticks) do not interfere with one another. You may just have to use them separately, when you you are streaming on that particular device.
