• Toshiba support wrote - "....and adjust if needed to increase the volume level" I don't have any level adjustment control there.

• Hello Dual, Press the. (Quick Settings) button or HOME button on the supplied remote control: Select. Settings. Select Display & Sound. Select Audio output. Check the Digital audio out volume and adjust if needed to increase the volume level. Toshiba Support, Merjorie http://tvna.compal-toshiba.com/us/en/
