• The ports on the TV are 4k 60hz so no, even the adapter suggested elsewhere will not help. Only apps installed on the TV can run at 4k 120 hz. But with the "motion smoothing" on here it seems to help things seem like they're running at a higher frame rate.

• Big answer is NO!! Anything through HDMI will be 60 hertz. You can buy an adapter for your HDMI that will make it 120 HZ for your game system or systems. Check Amazon for the adapter.
