The Motion Processing setting doesn't stay set to 'Off'. Everytime you turn the tv off then on,Motion Processing turns itself back On - the Menu will still say it is 'Off' but it's active. You have to turn it 'On' in the menu, then back 'Off' again. Help null

This is not a setup issue, it's a bug in the Amazon Fire TV OS software according to other users reporting the same issue online. Google Toshiba M550 "motion processing" and you'll see many similar reports. Customer support so far has not attempted to address or escalate.
