• Yes it is compatible and it is an easy install you plug it in format and it's ready to go

• We used one of our three for the XBOX One. We just formatted it for the XBOX once we plugged it in, and we use it strictly for the XBO. Enjoy! :)

• Yes and yes! It's not super fast (you won't notice any speed difference between the internal and this external), but it definitely allows you to add about 20 more games!

• I have not tried this drive with the Xbox one, but I imagine it would work just fine. Due to the size of the games, I'd recommend you get a larger drive if you could manage it for Xbox One.
