• I'm thinking this isn't a touch screen model. I have one very similar (E55-A5114) and it doesn't. The same version of my Toshiba that does have touch screen is E55T. Toshiba usually puts a "T" in model numbers for the touch version. i.e. this model is "GSRF-E45-B4200" doesn't have the T The touch version should add a T as in "GSRF-E45T-B4200".

• Yes this laptop is supposed to touch screen. I was sent a non touch screen but they immediately sent me out a touch screen and I was able to return mine once the new one came in. Very easy to deal with them.
