“Will it record/overwrite on unfinished DVD+RW discs from another manufacturer? Can the Toshiba record and/or overwrite unfinished DVD+RW discs recorded on another manufacturer's VCR/DVD player/recorder? My previous VCR/DVD player/recorder from another manufacturer recorded on DVD+RW discs. I got a lot of use out of it before it went kaput. Their new product only records with DVD-RW discs. I have a lot of DVD+RW discs in various stages of completion. I use the six hour format most of the time. These discs are not finalized. Assuming this Toshiba product can play these discs, will it record on the unfinished parts of the discs and will it overwrite parts I want to reuse? Of course, this is a moot point if it only plays finalized discs from other manufacturers.”
