- Answer Go onto the Best Buy web site to locate it. One of the options allows you to see if it is available in-store--some, but not all, Best Buy stores were listed as having it in stock when I looked.

QuestionHow difficult is it to "finalize the DVD" upon completion of recording on this unit?I have seen more than one customer who bought this unit say they have been unable to finalize their recordings, so the DVDs made are useless on any other player or for playback on a computer.

- Answer I don't want to seem rude but the instructions are in the book. At any rate I have no problem finalizing the finished product. If your machine is in malfunction I guess you might want to hit up Toshiba..

- Answer Are you recording with the correct dvds? I believe they have to be the dvd-r type to record.
