Yes that's the only difference. There may be some cosmetic damage, but the condition of the systems is going to be like-new (or else it wouldn't qualify to be resold).

"pre-owned" just means that someone purchased it, opened it, (probably didn't like the color or size) and then promptly returned it without even turning it on! (as opposed to - "G S certified which means it'd been activated and now needed the guys to ck it out). In addition, I had already done my due diligence on the 802.11AC but was pleased to see that BB had put together a nice video explaining what was what. Since I have a dedicated Hotspot Device (not my smartphone) I knew that all was well for me. I also verified that even by purchasing via the internet I'd still have the 14 day grace period in case for some reason I too did not like this purchase. Yep! All was in order. Now the interesting part came when I tried to get a good look at what the color actually was. I couldn't find any website that accurately displayed this color. With sheer determination I finally came across a post on Amazon that had ONE picture. This was the catalyst for me to post pics as soon as I get my laptop!!! Everyone should see how beautiful a color it really is. (the irony is, while everyone will be enjoying my unique colored laptop I'll be thinking about the $300 I saved by purchasing this jewel) ;) Hoping that this helps- MKS Pictures to come..
