“Will this system allow VOIP? I now have my Magic Jack home phone on my Netgear Night Hawk and need to hook it back up to whatever router system I buy. Any suggestions are appreciated as I Like the design of this TP Link setup.”

The MagicJack, as I recall, uses Ethernet so there should be no reason why it doesn't work.
