• unfortunately, it does not. Their HS110 plug does, but I haven't been able to find it at a fair price for quite a while.

• As far as I have seen, no. At least not directly. It will tell you usage by runtime for the last 7 and 30 days. You could do some rough math to figure watt hours that way.
