Absolutely! I connected mine with ease but you must download the Kasa app first and you need to sign up for TP-Link. It takes a few steps but just follow the set up instructions. You give the plugs a name for Alexa to recognize. Once connected I can use the Alexa app on my cellphone to turn on my lamps on the way home or while in the car. I can just tell Alexa which lamp I want turned on while sitting in the room. This smart plug can be set on a timer...it does so much more than I anticipated.
