• The unit itself doesn't emit a wifi signal, but you could use the ethernet bridge to supply a connection to a wifi router that's been set as a repeater.

• Not really. This product basically extends your internet access throughout the building using the electrical outlet as a wired network. So it extends internet access, but not wireless internet access, unless you use it to connect a second wifi router at a distant part of a large property that is on the same electrical circuit.

• This is Ethernet extension over the home wiring. This has nothing to do with WiFi.
