Hi! No, these adapters do not connect or interface with the network via Wi-Fi. For your specific purpose, we instead recommend considering one of our Travel Router models, such as the TL-WR902AC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told by installers that it is the next best thing to hard wired. I had it installed in my solar interverter. I only needed an installer because they had to open the power to the solar. So i would say yes. One end plugged into outlet and ethernet cable. Other side plugged into outlet and wifi router. Not sure if you have access to both
