“I run 380mps speed on my ethernet cord from my router to my pc and I was wondering if I get this and plus it into my router and the other into my power socket in another room and then plug the ethernet cord from that to my pc, would run the same speed?”

Hi! No, the TL-PA4010 Powerline Kit is equipped with Fast Ethernet (up to 100Mbps) ports. Instead, we would suggest considering one of our Gigabit Ethernet Powerline models, such as the TL-PA7010 Kit. That said, Powerline connectivity and data transfer rates will vary due to network environment variables including: distance between adapters, network traffic, noise on electrical wires, building material and construction, quality of electrical installation and other adverse conditions.
