Yes and yes. You can end as many extra units as you like as they all work together without degradation in speed. Yes you can plug in your wired device in the 2nd ethernet port.

I suspect so, but TP link has great phone customer service so give them a call. I bought this because I had overloaded my router with all my smart home gadgets, it is easy to set up and works great.
