I can’t tell you if you can have 2 mesh systems simultaneously, but I can tell you that when my internet shut down following a lengthy power outage as well as recently making a change in my internet provider that my TP-Link mesh system restarted on its own without any problem, as it recognized the new modem and established a link within a couple of minutes. I do not know if any router system can recognize more than one modem at a time. Sorry; but it’s out of my pay grade. Hope this helps.
