• The minutes don't expire, they roll over when you add a new card. But you have to add a new card before the 90 days are up. I have over 2000 minutes on my phone. Tracfone will assign a phone number to a new Tracfone, or you can transfer your existing number to a Tracfone.

• Hi. This is Katrina from TracFone Wireless. You can activate your service with a new phone number. The 60 minutes is good for 90 days. You have 60 days from the day you go past due to add another airtime card and keep your unused minutes.
