You can either call 1-800-867-7183 or go to www.tracfone.com I used the website to transfer my number and minutes. It transferred fine but for some reason I couldn't make or receive calls. I used another phone to call customer service and it is all automated. I had to say "technical support" then "calls". It found an issue and took care of it. I rebooted the phone and it was working fine from then on.
