“I am getting the following error message when trying to dial using the speed dial #'s that have been programmed in my Mother's Alcatel Flip phone. They were working fine until 2.20.20.... Connection problem invalid MMI code Please advise”

I have not encountered this problem with my phone, but an internet search comes up with either a poor signal from the cell network your phone is trying to use or you inadvertently entered an invalid code (entered an * or # on the phone and it is an invalid code entered. Hope this helps. If not, try entering "Connection problem invalid MMI code" in an internet search engine like Google.
