To pull up the home screen, you turn the phone on then swipe the screen from top to bottom. In order to answer a phone call, touch the screen displaying the call then you swipe the screen left to right and touch the green handset symbol.

Please try again later.Unlike the other smartphones that I have had in the past, to pull the homescreen in the Alcatel you have to press the open and close button (on the left on top of the volume button). Don't press too long otherwise it will shut down. The Home key returns you only to the home screen from any other screens. When you receive a call: • Slide rightward to answer; • Slide leftward to reject; • Slide the icon upward to reject the call by sending a preset message. To mute the ringtone volume of an incoming call, press the Volume up/down key
