QuestionJust bought a TCL LX Tracfone from Knoxville Best Buy. When I receive a call, I have to hold phone to my ear to hear. I thpught this phone has a speakerphone but cannot figure out how to get that working for calls. If I turn it on it makes bell sounds.

- Answer The phone accepts a MicroSD or MicroSDXC card. The phone manufacture does not list a capacity limit, so most cards up to 128gb should function just fine. The card is inserted in to the SIM card holder on the side of the phone.

Questionjust bought this phone and hate it. the volume is not loud enough to hear like if i make a call the phone ringing can hardly be heard i do have the volume set to as loud as it goes but still no help. what can i do to make it work right?

QuestionDoes the Tracfone Alcatel TCL LX A502DL support Wi-Fi calling? My residence is in an area that has a weak cell signal so there are times it would be better to place calls over the internet via my wireless router.

- Answer Hi. This is Mae from TracFone Wireless. The phone comes with a pre-installed SIM card. There's no need to insert or purchase a new one. It will best work on our service. Please know that our branded phones do not unlock eventually. You will have to request for it and be eligible for unlocking before you can use it with another service provider. The phone must have been activated on our service for no fewer than 12 months with service plans redeemed in no fewer than 12 months.

- Answer Can't help you exactly, only to tell you what I do. I keep a pair of small cheap max magnification reading glasses in my pocket, in a little case, and wear them while using the phone.

- Answer I purchased this phone because it had a buy one month of service and get one free. After getting cut off after one month I went to through a great deal of hassle. I ended up at best buy and was told the best they could do was to sell me a new month of service and give me a gift card to cover the expense. of course they couldn't sell me anything but a $30. service. I took the phone and left. I am getting a new phone, but not from you.
