- Answer Probably. It is a 3 in 1 card which are all sizes. Do you have a Sim slot? I don't know that phone. Also needs to be GSM not CDMA.

- Answer Yes. I had a Nokia Lumia 640 from another carrier that I changed my Tracfone to using this kit and have had no problems. Just make sure if you need to have your SIM unlocked or not beforehand. Call them if you're unsure.
