Q: If I already have a tracfone account and just want to switch my old i4 over to replace my current phone do I lose my mins that I now have? thanks

A: You won't lose your minutes, but you will lose the tripling feature(if you had it on the old phone). If you were like me, one of the main reasons I bought the Tracfone Id did was the triple Talk/Text/Data feature. If you buy 100 talk minutes, you get text and data along with it. This set up goes bye bye if you switch phones, under the same account. That's how they get ya.

Q: Is this the Tracfone 4GLTE card for CDMA (Verizon)

A: It comes with both for CDMA (VZ) and GSM (ATT)

Q: Will this kit work in a dz09 smartwatch?

A: Yes, you can use this SIM on a smartwatch.

Q: I have contacted TracFone/safelink twice through chat and am being told only TracFone phones work for the new byop deal. I have a phone but was told it doesn't matter.since this was just yesterday I am confused want to get sim for safelink upgrade

A: Hi. We can help you with this. Please contact us via chat live @ http://bit.ly/18WfOoC. in order for us to assist with your issue. You may also send email to [email protected] if further assistance is needed.

Q: I was told by safelink I could by a byop sim kit and my lg rebel. Gsm would then work with safelink government free phones is this true?

A: Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. Yes. As long as your phone is compatible with our Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) Program. Compatible phones include GSM unlocked phones (operating 850 and 1900 MHz bands), and some other CDMA technology compatible phones. For CDMA phones, serial number is needed to check its eligibility. Thank you.

Q: I would like to purchase the Moto G 4th generation phone. Will I be able to use this to get cdma service with Verizon network, since that is the best network in our area. Thanks.

A: I bought the MotoG 4th Gen phone and the SIM kit. It worked fine in connecting to the CDMA service. Verizon network is the best in my area too. Took only a few minutes to get this phone on line.

Q: MINI Activation Kit

A: Dear valued customer: The BYOP activation kit includes all the compatible SIM cards for GSM phones and "Network Access Code" to register CDMA phones. In addition, the package will include a $45 service card. You would be able to purchase the activation bundle at your nearest Wal Mart.
