Hello, Jack. My name is Angel from TracFone Wireless. We are currently offering Triple Minutes for Life for new phones. Beginning December 5, 2017, all TracFone customers who will do an upgrade will have the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new handset.
