You have a good amount of flexibility. There are six removable plates. 2 are 6lb, two are 5.5lb and 2 are 4.6lb. That means the bare kettle bell is 7.8lb. You can make any combination of the weights that you like. You don’t have to have all of the weights in a row…you can have gaps between to get the weight combination that you want. I could do the math to show every possible permutation…but so can you with the info provided above.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are 6 plates. Each weihs 2 1/2 lbs. With them all out it weighs 5 lbs, then 7 1/2, 10, 12 1/2, 15, 17 1/2, and 20. So it goes from 5 to 20 lbs.
