The plates do shift and rattle. It isn’t significant enough to change center of gravity in a noticeable measure. It’s a choice between buying 7 separate pieces or 1 adjustable. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The weights are securely locked in, there isn't any shifting of the weights.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t feel them move at all. They seem really solidly locked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do KB swings with this, and I was at first worried about this same problem, but they're actually solid and in place! No clinking and no shaking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They shift slightly. I have the same concern. It doesn't shift in the way that throws off the "feel" significantly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They make a little noise, but the plate movement is minor. I wouldn’t say it causes a noticeable change in the bell’s center of gravity. I never worry about them falling out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theres a very slight movement but not enough to change the weight distribution. Just a very slight tng. Not like it would be if it were sand or water. Not at all like that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
