• That would depend on if you can connect it to the phone. The phone system I have uses a very tiny jack, smaller than the standard audio jack and does not have a USB input for headphones. If your system does have that, I believe it would work. We use a softphone SIP for my call center work that resides on my PC. My PC doesn;'t have the single jack for audio input, it has audio and mic separate. I needed a true USB and this is.
