Oh yeah. There should be no problem. The padding is fairly thick and the headband is completely adjustable.

Size yes as they have an adjustable headset. Compatible with PC/Xbox One/PS4/Android/iOS. If buying for Xbox One make sure your controller has the 3.5mm Jack, if not you'll need the headset adapter.
