“I purchased this headset but it looks like I need the audio/mic splitter for it to work with my computer. Is anyone able to possibly direct me to that piece here on the best buy website? I'm having trouble finding the right one for some reason.”

I don't know about finding one specifically on the Best Buy site, but if you buy at ebay or amazon, any audio/mic splitter will work. I bought a cheap $5 one and it works great with this on my PC.
